We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team whose principal duties will include:
Studying design plans and specifications
Preparing and presenting request for design information and bid qualifications
Assembling and organizing bid and project documentation.
Procuring, reviewing, and submitting trade shop drawings and equipment submittals for the project engineer’s approval
Releasing and tracking equipment orders
Attending project site meetings and walk-throughs
Scheduling site deliveries and building system shut-downs
Field verifying the installation pace, details, and quality of direct or subcontracted trades
Preparing project Operation & Maintenance manuals
Preparing project close-out documents
Attending in-house meetings
Preparing miscellaneous proposals
This position offers professional and financial growth for a team player.
Starting annual salary range is $60,000 to $90,000 commensurate with experience.
